Ahead of our call, take 4 minutes to watch this. It's the fastest way to understand what we do and why we built NextGrowth in the first place.
We built the brand-comms system that would've made our old agency campaigns times more effective
and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in burned budget.
Read the ones that matter to you. Each is a straight answer, not a pitch.
One story, built to hold up everywhere your team puts it. That's the whole point. What you get are the six pieces that make that possible, plus the kit that lets your team run them without you.
Then the AI kit ships all of it in a second format your team can actually operate. That's the next question.
Most brand strategy dies as a beautiful PDF nobody opens after week three. Ours ships twice: once for humans, once for the machines your team already works in.
The machine version is a set of structured files plus Claude skills you drop into Cursor, Claude, or any LLM workflow you run. Your positioning, voice, personas, and the rules for how the story gets told are translated into a format the model reads and follows. So when your growth lead drafts a thread, or your BD person writes a cold email, or you spin up a new landing page, every output pulls from the same source of truth and comes out sounding like one company instead of five.
Think of it as the difference between a style guide people are supposed to remember and one the tools enforce on their own. You stop being the bottleneck who checks everything for tone.
You can start with positioning alone. It's the load-bearing piece, and a lot of teams begin there.
Worth being straight with you, though: positioning on its own gives you the spine, but your team still has to translate that spine into every thread, page, and pitch by hand. The reason the full system exists is that the six deliverables and the AI kit are what make the story run without constant translation. Positioning tells you what to say. The rest is what makes it get said, everywhere, without you in the room.
So yes, we scope down. We'll usually recommend starting with positioning if budget or timing calls for it, with a clear path to add the rest once you've felt what the spine does. We'll map the right entry point on the call.
Fair question, and here's the honest version.
We're early and deliberately selective. We'd rather show you thinking you can judge for yourself than parade logos, and we're not going to invent outcomes to close you. What sits behind the studio is eight years and 40-plus crypto campaigns run inside agencies: TGEs, rebrands, product launches. Enough reps to see the same thing break the same way, over and over, and to know it was almost never the KOLs or the channels people blamed.
On the objection that go-to-market "just comes down to booking a few articles and KOLs" - that's exactly the layer we don't work on, and exactly why most of that spend underperforms. Booking articles and KOLs is distribution. If the story underneath is generic, distribution just amplifies generic. We work one layer up, on the thing that decides whether any of that distribution compounds or leaks.
And you're right that our own public proof is still thin. That's what happens when you launch a studio instead of a marketing machine. So instead of asking you to trust testimonials that don't exist yet, we'll do this: on the call we'll run a live read of your current positioning and show you where it holds and where it breaks. You'll see the thinking before you spend a dollar. If it's sharp, you'll know. If it isn't, you'll know that too.
Depends on the tier, and we keep the line clear on purpose.
The strategy tiers give you the six deliverables and the AI kit: the full story plus the infrastructure for your team to run it. The execution tier adds content production on top, where we produce on-brand content with you instead of just handing you the system to do it yourself.
One thing we don't do at any tier: run a KOL desk, buy paid media, or manage a distribution machine. That's the downstream layer, and plenty of good shops already do it. We build what gets said and the system that keeps it consistent. What you point that story at is your call, or your distribution partner's.
Because we built the whole thing around that exact failure. It's the reason most brand work is worthless: it's a document, and documents get forgotten.
The AI kit is the fix. The strategy lives inside the tools they already use every day. When using the story is easier than not using it, it gets used. Your team pulls from it to write, so staying on-brand stops being a discipline problem and becomes the default output.
That's the part that's genuinely different from hiring a consultant. You are getting operating infrastructure your team runs after we're gone, without the retainer needle that agencies force you to get on.
The timing doesn't really depend on your funding status. It depends on the moment that matters to your project right now.
Where this offer works hardest is with funded projects preparing to go to market. You've raised, you're building toward a launch, and the story is about to get priced in public for the first time. That's the moment it pays to have built the narrative on purpose. But the same work matters just as much in a few other moments: tightening the story and brand comms in the run-up to a TGE, resetting the narrative before or after a rebrand, or repositioning when you can feel that what you've been using just isn't converting anymore.
Pre-funding teams fit here too, more often than they expect. For a lot of them the raise itself is the moment, and a defensible story is what closes a round a polished deck only opens. If you're heading into one, this is often exactly the right time to fix it, because the story is doing the heavy lifting in every partner meeting whether you built it on purpose or not.
Where it's genuinely early: if you're pre-product with no raise, launch, or category fight on the horizon, there's no near-term moment for the story to pay off against, and your money is better spent shipping. We'll tell you if that's you.
Two minutes of prep makes a sharper conversation. A quick checklist:
